Science
We went to the new Adventure Science Center today, with the Space Chase, Moon Walk, and the new Planetarium. We saw the show Stars there, and I got to see something of which there are only five of in the world, and the other four are in Japan. [ Otaku Faint ]
Chatted with a lady who had the EXACT eyes of Leonard Nimoy (remember Spock? OMG I was so in love with Spock, and yes, I am old enough to remember Original Star Trek).
I am offering tarot readings of all kinds from $5 to $9, the $9 ones being the 15+ card ones. I really really need money, and things have been so wild that I only have one piece up on eBay right now, but here's the link.
It's started at 99 cents, so it's a good chance to get a piece of art cheap before I get things going again. I went off the radar for a while so now I have to get my collector base back.

General Thoughts On Art
I've been doing a lot of thinking, about life in general, and about art. Art is precious to me, though I'm a practical person. There should always be elements in your life which aren't necessary, that are only there to please you. I have several new pieces from an anime convention, and am trying to get organized enough to sell my art on eBay again - There is actually one piece up, starting at 99 cents, so go check it out. It's an asian-stylized nude.

Drug Reverses Retardation
Well, only in mice, and it is related to autism, but still, this is a good thing. I wonder if they'll be testing it on other animals, but... How exactly do you determine a mouse is retarded to begin with? I'm not sure if scientists do brain scans on them, or if it's just because they don't do the maze well (which might just means they're lazy) but I'm curious about that. How does one determine the I.Q. of an animal?
Carl Sagan believe it's a matter of brain mass, but considering we don't use the majority of ours...

Whoa o_O
They're thinking only 25% of the world will be online by the year 2012.
And here I can't even remember life before it. I have everything digital. I carry a hiptop with me at all times, have at least 7 mp3 players in the house, several hard drives, a handful of flash drives, 4 SD cards, 3 digital cameras, 2 digital tablets, 2 printers, 2 scanners, and that's not even the beginning of it. My room is a mess of cables and chips. It looks like an android lives in there, actually, except for the art supplies. So that number just really screws with me... Guess I have to stop making fun of Aka for not being computer-literate enough to upload a picture to the internet. At least she can read e-mail now. And at least she's on Linux so there's one less Windows-based pc spreading the funk to others because of people who don't know what they're doing as far as technology and security are concerned.
