Does anyone else have an issue with this
new policy where buyers can leave negative feedback for sellers, but
sellers can only leave positive for buyers? What were they on when they
came up with this? What is the point of feedback, now?
Also, from a business point of view, aren’t sellers the ones that
actually PAY eBay for this dishonor, through the fees for listing and
selling, not buyers? It isn’t a one way thing, but eBay should consider
the seller’s interests rather than allow bad bidders who don’t follow
through to just keep getting away with it and screwing over seller
after seller, because now that thing I have on my auctions where if you
have a certain amount of negative feedback, you’re automatically
blocked from bidding… Well, it just doesn’t do ANYTHING, does it? Why
does eBay still have that as an option when listing, considering no
buyers can get bad feedback now?
I won’t leave feedback at all now unless the buyer has left it even
though I used to leave it the second they paid, simply because they
don’t have any reason to bother to reciprocate, and am considering not
using eBay at all anymore. Their policies have become worse and worse,
and it’s a pity because I used to really enjoy my association with this
company, considering I’ve listed with them for a decade. [[ Double-Posted to Sophrinix.com ]]
